When you need answers, where do you turn? *

I scroll a mom group until I find someone saying what I already feel, then I go with that.
I don't research much. I just do what feels right in the moment.
I download every app, tracker, and tool that might help. If it exists, I probably have it.
I read studies and articles until I feel confident, not just comfortable, in a decision.
I'm scrolling parenting TikTok at 2am looking for anyone doing it differently than my parents did.
If my toxic aunt shares it, that's how I know it's not for me.

When it comes to intuition you *

I trust my intuition to know what's best.
I have a "spidey sense" that goes off when something's not right.
If I'm not seeing red flags, I'll cautiously keep looking into it.
I look for something backed by research before I trust it's the right fit.
If my body doesn't tense up, I take that as a green light to look further.
If it sounds like something my parents would've said, I question it immediately.

When someone gives you advice, what do you actually want from it? *

Just enough to feel confident, not so much that it overwhelms me.
Nothing complicated, just something that fits how I already feel.
The full picture, so I can weigh it and decide what's right for my family.
Solid research behind it. I want to know why it works, not just that it does.
Proof that I'm not repeating what I grew up with.
Confirmation I'm actually choosing something different, not just something easier.
